It puts the opposing Pokemon to sleep.
You must breed it with a Snover or Abomasnow that knows GrassWhistle (they learn it naturally by leveling up)
Grass Whistle is not a TM.
best moves for leafeon: leaf blade grasswhistle trump card shadow ball or aerial ace
Hypnosis, Yawn, Dark Void, Sing, Spore, Sleep Powder, Lovely Kiss, Grasswhistle, and metronome
There's, yawn, hypnosis, sing, grasswhistle, and sleep powder. In attack moves there's Dark Void and Lovely Kiss(learned by Darkrai and Jynx respectively.)
you need to first atack it with say a level 40 Pokemon and then atack it just inuff to get it on red and then use grasswhistle\sing or sleep powder and use a timer ball.OK thank you

Darkrai is capable of learning Dark Void and Smeargle is capable of using Sketch in order to learn Dark Void. Pokémon that can learn Grasswhistle via level-up are Leafeon, Snover, Abomasnow, Shaymin, Sunkern, Sunflora and Roselia. Pokémon that can learn Grasswhistle as an Egg Move are Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treecko, Sunkern, Cherubi and Cacnea. Pokémon that can learn Hypnosis via level-up are Drowzee, Exeggcute, Poliwag, Gastly, Hoothoot, Stantler, Yanma, Ralts, Lunatone, Spinda, Glameow, Bronzor, Darkrai and Spiritomb.
Leaf Blade - Level 71Dig (Against Fire-Types) - TM/Magical Leaf - Level 36Swords Dance (Used before Leaf Blade to boost attack) - Level 78/Grasswhistle - Level 57Cut - HM
I only know 3 moves that makes Pokemon fall asleep. GrassWhistle - Roselia learns it by level up Yawn - Dunsparce learns it by level up Hypnosis - Drowsee knows it when captured in Pokemon Heart gold And Soul silver.
In Pokémon Pearl, the moves that Snover is capable of learning via level up are ones such as Leer, Powder Snow, Mist, Swagger, Razor Leaf, Icy Wind, Grasswhistle, Ingrain, Ice Shard, Blizzard, Wood Hammer and Sheer Cold.
Graceful and lots of healing moves, such as Giga Drain, Ingrain, and Leech seed. The moves are usually medium-strength and most are special-type (non-physical) and most have side effects like sleep (Grasswhistle) , healing (Absorb), or stat changes (Aromatherapy).
You can teach Egg Moves to a Pokémon via breeding. You will need a female Pokémon and then you will need a compatible male Pokémon with the respective Egg Move and then you can put the 2 into the Daycare and the Pokémon Egg will result into an offspring of the female Parent with the male's move. An example is using a female Bulbasaur. You can use a male Roselia that knows Grasswhistle, putting the 2 of them into the Daycare together will create a Bulbasaur Pokémon Egg that will result in a Bulbasaur that knows Grasswhistle which is 1 of Bulbasaur's Egg Moves. Another example is using a female Charizard. You can use a male Axew that knows Dragon Pulse and putting them together in the Daycare will result in a Pokémon Egg that will hatch into a Charmander that knows Dragon Pulse.
