∙ 13y agoAnimals live in every part of earth--in every kind of terrain and every kind of climate. Habitat is referred to as the place where animals live. Most animals are only adapted in such a way that they can live in one or two habitats.
For instance, a baracuda which is known as a salt water fish would not be able to live in a fresh water lake. A walrus could not be able to live in a desert. For very long time period a rattlesnake could not live in the arctic. There are some animals who in order to find warmer habitats with an abundance of food migrate in the spring and again in the fall.
