In the New King James, the Greek word for "partaken" means fellowship, communion, or partnership.
The children, or the ones who have accepted Jesus as Savior have fellowship, communion, and are partners with the Lord Jesus.
"Shared", means to take hold of something that is not related to one's own kind.
So we see that Jesus, the Son of God, was not of flesh and blood until the incarnation when He took upon Himself a human body. He shared or took a human body upon Himself in order to save mankind.
Jesus came to earth for one reason and that was to die so that salvation could be brought to man. When He died on the cross and was resurrected He defeated Satan and took away Satan's power of death. (Jesus conquered death by His resurrection)
