The chicken breast has two sides which are connected in an chicken which has not been cut up. The halves are connected by the wishbone or pulley bone.

A breast half may be what you think of just as a breast. Breast halves are also referred to as split breasts . "Boneless " means the bones have been removed.

How many chicken tenders does it take to equal a boneless skinless chicken breast?

I was just doing an internet search for the same answer...but just realized my original recipe says to use 4 6-oz chicken breasts. So I guess if you can say 1 chicken breast is 6 ounces, just do the math for how ever many ounces you have of chicken breasts. I also did a search and it said one boneless chicken breast weighed between 3 and 4 oz.

Do you have a great tasting baked chicken recipe?

If you have never tried parmesan baked chicken breast, I highly recommend it. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with one minced garlic clove. In a separate bowl, mix about 6 fresh chopped basil leaves, 2/3 cups of grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup of dried bread crumbs and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Wash boneless, skinless chicken breast halves in the olive oil mixture, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Bake at 360 degrees for 30 minutes or until no pink remains in the chicken and juices run clear. This mixtures should be sufficient for 5 or 6 chicken breast halves.
