It means that is has the same pressure as that of a column of mercury (symbol Hg), of that height. As far as I know, mmHg is usually used, rather than cm.

What element is a radioactive gas with 136 electrons?

If the gas is neutral this would mean the atom would also contain 136 protons, thus its atom number would be 136. Such an element has never been made (it does not occur naturally) and it would probably be unstable.

What is Regnault's Law?

Regnault's Law is a statement in physics that says that the specific heat of a gas at constant pressure is the same whatever the pressure.

Does the pressure of a gas affect the speed of sound?

The speed of sound in a gas does not depend on pressure.See related links. There are limits to the validity of this statement because it is valid for gasses that behave as "ideal" gasses. Thus, when near a pressure and temperature that is close to the point that the gas will condense into a liquid, this statement fails. For air, at all the temperatures which we experience, the speed of sound in air is independent of pressure.
