no, men are famous for their inability to remember the simplest things no matter how important or how many times you remind them (reminding them is called 'nagging') it is more likely it has completley slipped his mind, and if you complain he will not understand what he did wrong. Just wait a little longer, he is bound to remember in the end. If on the other hand he didnt call because he is no longer interested, then you'll know because he wont call you at all. Assume he's not interested.

∙ 17y agoMany guys aren't into phoning anyone (perhaps the odd buddy) but they are not like women who gab on and on. Their conversations are usually short and abrupt with the exception of business. Many guys are simply shy and would love to phone a girl up, but just can't bring themselves to do it. They fear they will sound stupid or be rejected. If you see this young man then go up to him with a smile and start chatting with him. You will be able to tell if he's interested in you.
