First off, if you're only 3 days late, it's way to early for a pg test.
And if you feel like you need to urinate but nothing comes out, you might have a bladder infection.
And you probably have cramps because you're a little late this month and about to start.
But I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor about this.
It sounds like your period is just late. If it hasn't arrived within the next week, try the test again. Back in the day, we waited until 6 weeks late before calling for a Dr. appointment to find out.

During a woman's period, her body (specifically stomach) get bloated, plus cramps start in the stomach. With the uncomfortable feeling of the cramps and constant awareness of blood coming out of your crotch every couple of minutes and the bloated stomach, it's hard to feel pretty.
YES! Unlike any other stomach cramps I had before.

When you are feeling that you might get your period and see a little bit of spotting on your panties ....or you feel a bubbly sensation in your stomach
Are the cramps in your lower stomach or upper stomach? If it's your lower stomach, pain leading through to your back may have something to do with your kidneys, or appendix. However, it can also basically mean trapped gas. The best thing to take for that, is get a mug of hot water, and add sugar to it. It breaks up the bubbles and will cause you to move your bowels, thus practically eliminating your cramps. There is nothing worse than back pain along with stomach pain. I just had that last night.
Nothing can, ive recently started myn. Nothing can help you but you will feel the signs maybe an awkward feeling. Stomach cramps (altought i didn't have any) A little bit of blood on your panties.

To help alleviate stomach cramps from your period, try using a heating pad, taking over-the-counter pain medication like ibuprofen, practicing gentle yoga or stretching, staying hydrated, and eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. If the cramps are severe or persistent, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare provider.
