2. It can actually be a good thing thing if you are in good mental health. If you just went through a big ordeal such as addiction, it could be a symbolic way of your mind to "kill" off that part of yourself that you've managed to overcome. But again, if you feel depressed or any other mental anguish, definitely see a doctor.
