What does it mean if you have a small bump or lump on the back of your neck and a medium sized one on the right side of your neck and is it anything to worry about because it is inside my neck.?

It could be a tumor or cyst in your parotid (saliva) gland. Your regular doctor should be able to tell you what's going on and send you to a specialist (a laryngologist or throat specialist) if he/she thinks it's something that needs to be checked more. They do grow slowly and then when they get to a certain point they really take off, so it's not something you can ignore. Once in a blue moon they're malignant, but don't worry, it's not often, it's just something you need to get checked.
It could also be other things, but I have only had experience w/the above.

∙ 13y agoDon't worry about it, it may be just a pimple. Don't worry about that either it's part of growing up. Whatever you do don't squish it because it is made of oil and dead skin in side you, try not to use oily cream use pimple cream ask for it in a store they'll have it trust me it is alright.
