Chase dreams almost always reflect a problems or situation that the dreamer is avoiding. Often chase dreams will recur until the dreamer deals with the problem in real life. The "buffalo" in this dream represents the situation or problem, which might be similar to a buffalo in that it appears big, lumbering, and without apparent intelligence. In contrast, a sneaky, dangerous but clever situation might appear in a dream as a wolf. Alternatively, "buffalo" might be a play on words. For example, the problem might originate at a location in Buffalo, New York. It could also refer to somebody's name, such as "Buffy," "Mr. Buffman" or "Ms. B. Flow." It remains the dreamer's task to determine how the symbols in the dream connect with a situation in real life.
The American bison (buffalo) has deep spiritual and symbolic significance to those in the Native American traditions. In recent decades, New Age spirituality and not-so-spiritual marketing have made wide-spread use of buffalo image for somewhat random purposes. So instead of drawing on any specific symbolism, you may find a better interpretation by considering the emotions you experienced while in the dream. Were you terrified or simply excited? Did the buffalo seen threatening and dangerous or more awe-inspiring and magnificent?
... In the one case, a terrifying beast would represent a problem that you are afraid of facing in your real life. You have been trying to avoid the issue, which only results in it getting worse. In this case, the dream is showing you that you need to stop avoiding the issue and resolve the problem.
... Alternatively, if the buffalo is awesome and magnificent, it could represent the power of spirituality that you need in your life. Until you stop avoiding the deeper matters of the spirit, you cannot find your true direction and purpose.
Although a buffalo is quite large and might be imposing, it is not particularly dangerous unless it is abused. Similarly, something or someone who is sleeping is no threat unless awakened. The dream suggests that you have nothing to worry about unless you foolishly cause problems yourself.
Not usually, no.
Yes. Yes. Another -----------Yes
Dreams can only be seen in the imagination of the sleeping mind. This is much the same process by which we "see" daydreams. There is no existing technology that can detect and display your dreams outside of your own mind.
You dream because your brain is thinking while sleeping. Why do you see it? Because it's your imagination. Your imagination gets better while sleeping.

If by 'spasms' you mean foot, eye, face, etc. twitches, the cat is almost certainly dreaming. Dogs and cats evidently have vivid dreams but what we see are body twitches and movements.
It doesnt mean anything its just your dreams
That means you like them. You see, you're brain is sorta thinking when you're sleeping, and when you dream of kissing them, it means you hope that they might like you back. Your dreams can't tell you what anyone else is thinking or feeling.
There is nothing bad about dreaming of a baby, or in seeing any face clearly in a dream. Dreams are produced by your own sleeping mind and reflect your own thoughts, memories and emotions. Faces and other images seen in dreams seem to be more clear if you awaken during or immediately after a dream.
