I understand where your coming from. Been there, done that. Truth is, talking to your window is actually a great way to relieve stress. You probably are very confused right now, since talking to your window does not seem like a normal thing to do. A lot of people may laugh at you for doing it, but actually windows can be great "companions" in the long run. They can evoke emotion and thoughts that you thought would never come out. This remedy normally works best for individuals who are extremely quiet and anti-social. If you feel like you have no one to talk to about your issues, rather than talking to yourself, or not talking at all, remember that your window will always be there for you.
