- An ex is an ex and you should have moved on in your life from him a long time ago. Some people who breakup with a girlfriend/boyfriend may not want to keep the friends they once had together because it is a reminder of what once was (the good times) or, he may feel that they are more your friends than his so he appears to want to move forward in their life. You have to ask yourself why he would hate you. Hate is a heavy word so it appears he is angry about something. It is best to move on in your life and leave him completely alone.
