∙ 13y agoit is often due to the weather such as in the cold it will become dry if it is licked before or during the cold air, in the heat it is due to the sun if you are allergic to it the best thing is to not lick it! and if it constantly does that it is probably because you are using the wrong medicine vaseline is not helpful as much seeing a doctor is a better idea or else if you get addicted to peeiln you can never stop and you can lose so many layers of lip skin that your lips will thin out..its happening to me I have an addiction and theres no cure!
