dreaming of being pregnant means a new begining in your life.
Now I'm guessing that the fact that its your ex could mean that you want to start a new relationship with them or..... that your starting a new life on your own but your ex still plays a big part in your life or at least in your thoughts.
depends on how you feel about them, dreams are our way of making sense of our feelings and emotions in visual form which is why they can be so cryptic.
It probably means you still have feelings for him.
Well, in traditional dream interpretations, pregnancy is often a symbol of something good to come, and here it could be something good for her, or even for you.

Then again, maybe you were thinking of your ex and you also have a pregnant friend, and your mind mixed it together for the dream.
