If you're big-boned, you have, quite literally, larger bones, meaning that you will naturally weigh more than most people your height and age. If you want an example, I'm 14, and 5'11," and I only weight 125 pounds, but I have big bones. It runs in my family, and part of the way you can tell is that I have big hands and feet, and a big rib cage. But back to the question, I think your weight is fine, and you shouldn't be smaller. You want to be big-boned. It makes you look larger.
