This is a fine example of the sort of vivid dream that is common during pregnancy. Such dreams are caused by hormones and body chemistry and are not cause for concern. In this particular dream, the culmination of pregnancy and full development of the baby are symbolized and celebrated by the child appearing to be fully grown - complete, finished, perfect - at birth.
