You remove all of the fuel and other parts that cannot be decontaminated and ship them to a licensed facility, you decontaminate the rest of the facility, you survey the facility and make sure it meets the applicable law for revocation of the license and return to unrestricted status, and you revoke the license.
Decommissioning a nuclear power station involves safely shutting down the facility, dismantling its structures, managing and disposing of radioactive waste, and restoring the site to a condition suitable for other uses. This process is carefully controlled to ensure the protection of the environment and public safety.
Kingsnorth Power Station primarily used coal as its main fuel source. The station had both coal-fired units and later proposed a shift to biomass as a sustainable alternative.
A power station that produces electricity by wind power
France is the country that is committed to using nuclear power to generate electricity and has the majority of its electricity needs provided by nuclear power. Nuclear power accounts for around 70% of the electricity generated in France.
It's definitely cleaner than fossil fuels. It produces very little pollution, just waste, which can be stored safely. As for whether it's more "efficient", you need to define what you mean. Nuclear power plants use far smaller amounts of fuel than fossil plants.
Nuclear fission was applied in 1945 by USA in nuclear bombs.
China has a number of nuclear plants. Which one do you mean?

If you mean Sunderland in the UK, this is Hartlepool, a twin reactor AGR plant
Hi There, India's largest thermal power station is located at Chandrapur in Maharashtra district. If in full production, it has capacity to produce electricity worth 2400 MW. Thanks, Abhijeet
By 'devices' do you mean nuclear weapons, or peaceful uses of nuclear power?

What do you mean by ''hold''?

Factors-what does this mean? factors affecting location of a nuclear plant

If you mean nuclear power, it is just regular electricity, so it's transmitted along regular hydro lines to the power plants, where it is distributed.
