Being stung by bees represents feeling stung in life this could be by a loved one or an employment situation. Some say that it could also mean there is bad luck awaiting you, however I do not believe this is so, as through personal experience I could clearly make the correlation between the dream and a recent incident in my life that left me feeling stung.
