Birds like having a lookout point. If a bird lands on your head, it may think you make the perfect perch to see the going ons around them. If you mean a 'pet' bird, it could also just be the bird's desire to be close to you, as birds do form attachments to their owners.
Head of a woman and body of a bird? I believe you happen to mean a hagraven or a harpy.
When your bird tries to land on your head, duck away from it and hold out your hand. If the bird then lands on your hand, praise it and give it a treat. The bird will soon catch on to which behavior does and doesn't come with a reward.
Means nothing but a dead bird. I suggest that something ate the head or it fell off.
Nothing it probably couldn't see and landed on you because you were so still. (A few years ago a bird pooped on my head, then some years later another bird pooped on my head). So I strongly advise you to make sure one doesn't land on you and make sure your not standing underneath a bird when they need a moment, and DON'T STAND UNDER A TREE either.
Could be that the one bobbing its head is a baby and the bird is begging for food from the other bird.
Nothing. You are being used as a bird roost.
