it means her farther is yelling at her
An controlled behavior is a child who wants something like a lollipop from a man but she asks mommy first. She says "Excuse me Mommy can I have that lollipop that man is giving me?" Not interrupting but tapping and saying "excuse me" are signs of a controlled behavior

Absolutely. I've got two children, ages 3 and 4. I've been a victim of domestic abuse for nearly six years. It is not as easy as "just leaving." My children have witnessed more than anyone should have to witness in their entire lives, including their father trying to kill me. Thankfully, I found the courage to leave him and prosecute him. However, my four year old asks many questions about abuse, including "Why did Daddy hit Mommy?" and says thigns like, "I hate you!!!" The best thing to do when a child asks a question is to answer it truthfully as you can. That's the best luck I have had with my sons understanding our situation.
Try to EDUCATE her, but do not teach her how it goes.__________Answer her simply, sex is the way mommy's and daddy's privately make a baby, or sex is the way mommy's and daddy's privately show their love for each other. While it is admirable of you to be concerned with your sister's education, it is not your responsibility to teach her.Let your mom or dad know she has asked this question and allow them to tell her what they want her to know, when they want her to know it. At ten most little girls don't need to know the details of sex. But if your parents want her to know more, it really should be their responsibility to tell her.
this is a poem about a discussion, between a mother and child, when the child asks what poppies are worn for.

i think an average child asks about 200 to 300 questions. I think they ask this many questions because they get curious.
This depends entirely on the situation. For legal matters like court, protective services, or police, no, they cannot. It is obstruction of justice. For minor things like "If grandma asks who ate the cookies, it was Daddy!" it is completely legal.
