An 'authorized' dealership for any make or brand of car is one that has been specifically recognized and approved of as a dealer and provider of parts and servive for a particular model and sometimes even a particular make of car. I believe they are also held to a certain legal standard for quality of products rendered, but have never been able to find a specific list of what the legal regulations and strictures are levied upon 'authorized' dealers.

By "silent recall" I'll guess you mean factory authorized repairs. Those are done when a vehicle owner shows up at a dealership with a specific complaint. The dealer will have an authorized (usually free) fix recommended by the auto manufacturer. That information is available online. Go to Toyota's website and look for the FAR's for your vehicle. For recall information visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website and navigate to your car for a list of recalls. http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/recalls/recallsearch.cfm. Cheers

I'll assume you mean brand new. You can actually visit http://www.ford.com/commercial-trucks/ and build your own, which will show you the price with different options selected. You can also use their site to find one that suits your needs. You can also visit a ford dealership or authorized commercial truck dealership and speak with them directly. Price is dependent on what type of vehicle you need, but you will be able to get a quote online.
