well it means that he wants to know if you love him! most of the time its sincere so....he PROBABLY loves you..... i dont know him so i dont really know...if wasn't a boyfriend then maybe he likes you alot...

the same happened to me but this guy asked my friend if i loved him.he probaly likes you or it could be a joke... but i dont know him so i cant be sure...

I asked my boy friend this last night and what he said was that when a guy says they love you it usually means that they love your personality or love what you do or all out just love you like the kind they would die for you.
