- Sad to say, but this guy is cheating on his wife with you; not treating you with respect because he has no intention of getting a divorce. If he has handed you that line that if the two of you are together you could be named in court as his mistress if his wife chooses to get a divorce from him. He has it made by still living with his wife and you are a mere toy to him. If he truly loved you he would just go ahead with the divorce and still be with you. You need to have more respect for yourself and stay away from married men. Most married men who have affairs will either end up going back to their wife or, if they get a divorce from their wife will enjoy their freedom and it's highly doubtful they will stay with their mistress. It would be to your best interest to tell this guy to hit the bricks and not look back.
