Well, it sounds like he likes you too, and that's his way of showing it. You've just shown him that his worst fear (you saying that you don't like him) was nothing to be afraid of. He's happy, and his enjoyment caused him to put his arm around you. It's nothing to get nervous over. Tip: Invite him to see a movie. If he says yes, and then puts his arm around you, you can safely assume that he likes you a lot.
