that's actully realy hard to say but it might mean like some boys like makeup on you some day not neccisarly your boy freind or whatever he might be telling you that you look better in it ask him what did he mean to say it depends on how he is saying it. it might be a insult or he just likes you. but usaully when the boy says that it means he doesn't love you for you, hope you figred it out.
