What does it mean when a woman is really into showing you she likes you and tells you to call or text every time but then doesnt answer or call back and is still totally into you the next time?

It sounds like mind-games to me... take a step back - don't text and call her when she tells you too! Do it on your own terms, then wait for her response. If you like her then give her an indication or signs that you do! Ask her out on date so you get to know her. BUT don't be led into a never-ending game of chase. I may be wrong, she might be shy or guarded because she is unsure if you're there for the long-term... Basically you should show her your self-respect and respect for her, i.e. "this is who i am and i like you, but if you don't feel the same then i will move on" sort-of-thing. Self-confidence (not arrogance) is a very attractive quality in people!!!
