It's really hard to say. I, myself, can look into a boy's eyes and not necessarily like him. Just because someone looks you in the eyes, doesn't mean they like you. You really need to pay attention to other things, like what he says and what he does. and maybe he likes you both. He can't choose. Like my 15-year-old sister.
