There is not a way to stop Google Plus from telling you when people plus one your posts. Google claims they only show you relevant plus one posts, but there is not a current way to disable this feature.
One can find bag photos by checking google images, Huffington Posts, Arts cow, Think Tank, Medialite, Zazzle, Lowe Pro, Photo box, MSN, Salon, Daily Mail Fashion, to name a few.

No you can't. You can see sometimes people publishing posts of "a program which lets you see everyone who watched your profile". Those programs are bogus and are phishing frauds.
You can't. Sorry. Not like on facebook. But you can put tags on posts. When posting there is a a box on the right side which says tags. You can put tags on so people can find your specific photos easier.
