It usually means you are weak and soft. Very sensitive it's not a bad thing nor good but it could make people really happy or sad. A shortbread is also a girlscout cookie therefore it makes it appropriate to use it to offend those who are not as tough as they think they are. This teasing often turns into bullying. A good way to get people to lay off is to just walk away,pretend you like it, and if all else fails, just talk to them or set up an appointment to go to a phsychyatrist to talk out your problems.
