Your eyes may not focus for a number of reasons. mainly the muscle or pupil has not responded to distance as you look around. for instance working on a computer then looking away may take a few moments to focus. It is more noticeable if you have been concentrating on something for a while then look away and things are blurry. It might also mean an eye checkup or shorten your time of concentrating on whatever you are doing.
