∙ 18y agoWe dream every 1/2 hour, but don't remember most of our dreams. The reason for this is to help us cope with the frustrations or trauma of every day life. If we are not in REM sleep then we can toss and turn and remember some very strange dreams. If you are attracted to this co-worker then you may well be more than just interested. This person could be on your mind because you do care about him/her or, something during the day while you were working could have stuck in your mind and you simply had a dream. We can dream about many people we come in contact with, or we can dream about something we've heard or said in a common conversation. Sometimes the dreams make no sense and sometimes we have no idea why we would be dreaming such a dream. Something triggered it off. Marcy
