It depends on the dreamer and the exact circumstances. Being naked could mean being embarrassed or taken by surprise. So you could feel that your mother was not ready to die. Perhaps you feel there was unfinished business or that she did shameful things.
Being naked could also be a Scriptural allusion. Job said that everyone comes into this world naked and leaves this world naked, so perhaps that was what your subconscious mind was thinking during the time of the dream. So your mind could just be cataloging all of your beliefs and experiences about death.
