it either means that your arm has fallen asleep or it could be the beginings of carpol tunnel sydrome. if you spend a lot of time typing or playing video games this is more likly.

This is one of those questions where you really need to see a doctor for the answer. Sharp pains ANYWHERE on your body are not good sign. And no one is going to be able to diagnose you with just one symptom, such as sharp pain. If you're looking for someone to say that sharp pains in your breasts are normal, or if you're looking for someone to say that sharp pains definitely mean one thing or the other for sure, no one on here can do that for you. ~ T

Really sharp rib pains and horrible stomach pains can indicate a number of problems. You should see a health care professional if you experience these symptoms. Possible conditions include gas, IBS, ulcers, and more.

You probably either stepped on something or twisted your foot.

It is probably because you are ovulating (releasing an egg) which often causes sharp pains. However, if it is really painful (so painful that you can barely walk) you could have a cyst, which needs medical attention

It is the ligaments and uterus stretching and growing. Very normal...kinda like period pains

This means your about to have your period or you stretched a muscle that your not use to using.

It might be caused by a heel spur, which is, if I remember correctly, a calcium deposit that has settled in your foot.

User Avatar

It simply means it's time to see a doctor! Not trying to be a smartie pants!

You can consult webMD.com on this but if the sharp pains (possibly contractions) last 60 seconds or more and occur more than once in a 5 minute period of time you need to go to the hospital. This means you are likely about to go into labor.

User Avatar

if you fell on it then you probly either sprained it or you bruised it...if it is purple go straight to the hospital...becasue you broke something=[

User Avatar

Sounds like an ovarian cyst I have them every month and thats what they feel like also you could be ovulating and sometimes that will cause those pains as well

You could possibly have an infection, probably urinary tract infection, or if your sexually active, you may have an STD.
