Alternative interpretation: it means you should quit worrying about what your dream means, since they don't necessarily mean anything, beyond the fairly obvious fact that you may have wondered subconsiously what it would be like to be in a relationship with your friend.
He's just on your mind, for whatever reason. It's like when you dream about work or school when you're stressed. Don't make any big decision because you had a dream...
