What does it mean when you have a headach for three whole days?

The constant headaches may some from health issues related to diet and exercise, or the level of stress in your life, also consider possible sinus or allergy problems. My doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer and showed me some interesting pressure points on my shoulders. It is not a sign of something serious because it may be caused by a number of things such as stress, not enough sleep, even possibly something you ingested or many other reasons. If it continues to be bothersome you could take some ibuprofen or another pain reliever.
