If you cant retract your foreskin it may be hard to tel if the hard spot is in the foreskin the glans or is a foreign body between the two, However it may just be a little cyst and it will clear up. If you cant pull the foreskin back try loosening it up with foreskin stretching exercises. And consult a doctor about the bump if it is a problem. Don't let him circumcise you,
