Certainly Sounds like an infection, cloudy wouldn't indicate UTI but could be, More likely Bladder or worse yet could be Kidneys infection. If you have blood in your urine it is way past time to to be seeing a Dr or making a trip to the emergency room for some testing and examination. This could be serious & will get worse, quickly.
