I don't think its anything to be worried about! I'm sure its just an oncoming period, or cramps of some sort! To be honest, it could be just about anything. If it goes on for five days or more, go to the doctor.

∙ 10y agoPain in the upper abdominal region can be caused by different things. What people generally have when they experience pain in that area is heartburn. That does not mean that their heart is really burning, but they have a burning sensation from acid reflux, or stomach acid being regurgitated up into their esophagus.
