It depends. If you have no boobs you just have breast buds.When you touch your buds it may hurt because you are going through change. If you actually have boobs some one may have hit your boobs or bit on your nipple.

My guess is that this is just before your period and that is normal for your breasts to hurt. If this is not true go see a doctor if it continues much longer.
