It simply means you are bumping into that person. The reason it seems are "always" bumping into them is that you are not an objective observer. Your "crush" is probably on your mind a lot, and your brain is more primed to record the times you DID bump into him or her than the number of times you bumped into anybody else. It does not portend "fate" or the "stars" or any other force at work other than the sweet misery that infatuation inflicts upon it's sufferers.
