The fact he called you when drunk means he either did it at the spur of the moment (alcohol can give one false courage) and he trying to win you back or, he just thought of you and decided to call. You know him best and it would be to your advantage to call him back and tell him that the next time he phones to phone sober! You are control of what you want so start using that control and make him work more for your attention.

In the US, if you're going out to a beach with your wife and you're walking back home & a drunk man, who is a complete stranger, just comes right in front of you and tells the husband, "Hey!
