- It's apparent you are still in contact with each either sexually or as just friends and it also appears he is using you. Although he has hurt you deeply it's important that you stand on your own two feet and have confidence in yourself and tell him you are moving on without him. If you don't he will continue to use you and hurt you deeply and you may well miss that special person you will eventually meet in the future that you deserve.
