It means he is still concerned about you and what your doing. He wants to ger your attention but he doesn't want to make that move.in my experience whether I got broken up with or broke the guys heart they always come running back. Just don't act like you care about them & if you want them back they'll come back. But don't forget an EX is and EXample of what not to go for in the future :) good luck

There are a lot of possibilities. If you want to try to at least reduce the number of possibilities, take into consideration who stares first, the facial expression on the other, how long they stare as well as things like how the relationship ended, who dumped [versus who got dumped], whether one or the other made the mistake of trying to plead/cry/beg to get the other back, things like that. Always remember though, avoid projecting possible reasons - to prevent you from jumping to conclusions - positive or negative - and making mistakes on how to confront this issue should it persist.
