750 is the European quality mark for 18 K gold.

AR would be the MAKER or designer

37 would be some other important designation. It might refer to when it was made or the jewels or stones that are in it.

ANY t ime you see a gold quality mark ( whether 10K 14K 18 K 750, 585 etc) and initials next to it, those initials are the maker. And that's important because it means you have a GOOD quality piece that someone put their NAME on.

It's like giving your word of honor that this is good quality.
