from everything ive read it will bolt right up if u drop the motor from undernieth the car. but u will need the wiring and the computer from the mark. try to get the 95-97 computer or the anti theft software will give u problems. also some custom wiring will be involved. so get the wire diograhm from the mark and also from the t bird. im going to atempt this swap sometime this week....wish me luck
