Indiana is an open primaryThe loan agency can't take his name off of the title
I would like to know how much money and what paper work do you need to open a title office
The loan agency can't take his name off of the title. The DMV can. The agency COULD take his name off of the loan, but they WON'T. They want to be able to collect from him if you don't make the payments.
1. Title Company = Actual insurance company ie: Underwriter 2. Title Agency = Agent of the Title Company providing title insurance products and escrow/settlement services. A title COMPANY is highly regulated by state law in any state. Contact the Texas Department of Insurance as follows: Texas Department of Insurance Title Division (MC 106-2T) P.O. Box 149104 Austin, Texas 78714-9104 Fax: 512-305-7426 www.tdi.state.tx.us To open an AGENCY, you must obtain an Abstracting Plant, which is very costly. The Texas Underwriting Manual can be found at: http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/company/titleman.html The Rate Manual can be found at: http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/company/titlemm3.html Additionally, contact the Texas DOI for additional licensing requirements: www.tdi.state.tx.us
Sure. Just like you can work for two different 7-11 stores as long as you have separate hours for each. I take it in your question that the Mortgage Broker and Title Agency are owned by the same owner and in the same office. No big deal.
depending on your state youll have to go to the local title agency, in Ohio you would have to rebuild it take it to be inspected, present your bill of sale along with a list of replaced parts and then be issued a salvage title
Age is not specified in Indiana. It apparently depends on the child's capabilities to take care of themselves. I would suggest talking with your local law enforcement agency.
An open call is a time when anyone off the street can walk into the modeling agency's office to be evaluated and considered for representation. Open calls usually take place at the agency during certain days of the week and during a short time frame. You don't need an appointment. Not all agencies hold their open calls at the same time so you'll need to visit the agency's official website in order to get that information. An example of an open call schedule would be: Mondays and Wednesday from 1pm-2pm. It is first come first served so if you are late you will not be seen. The agency will look at your snapshots or portfolio and ask you to fill out some basic information such as your height and other stats/measurements. Depending on the type of modeling you want to do, the agency may ask you to walk for them. They may also take a polaroid photo of you for their files. If they are interested in you, they will contact you within a few days or weeks of meeting you at the open call.
