Justice always prevail in court law? do u agree or disagree

It is our expectation that if we are "wronged" by another individual, that the Court will render Justice to and for us and "right" the "wrong" that has occurred. Unfortunately, "Justice" is sometimes poorly served depending on the State in which you live, the Court System, the Judge, your wealth, and "who" you know in the community.
This means that the right thing will happen in the end, justice means doing the right thing and prevail means having a clear winner. So therefore this means that it will all become right again as in the clear winner will be shown and it is right.
First of all, letβs be clear about the concept of what constitutes βjusticeβ. It means not only moral rightness i.e., the moral principle determining just conduct but also lawfulness in the administration of awarding condign punishment or reward. In other words, it denotes the maintenance or administration of what is just by law, as by judicial or other proceedings. So to say it means that someone is found guilty, he/she will be punished and on the contrary, being innocent, will be absolved of the blame. In short, it refers to the vindication of the morally uprightness. In the legal parlance, even by any stretch of imagination, an innocent person should never be subjected to punishment even when the criminal goes scot free taking advantage of the loopholes in the judiciary system he/she will be punished and on the contrary, being innocent, will be absolved of the blame. Probably the swing voter, Justice Anthony Kennedy. He has the power to determine whether the conservative or liberal factions prevail, because Kennedy is a moderate conservative who has, at times, sided with the liberals on the Court.
