What does l is real 2401 mean on Mario 64?

well on Super Mario 64 theres a star stutue it says this: L is REAL 2401. on super mario 64 i thought it meant this:luigi will be a playable charater on paper mario in 2/4/01 or 24/0/1.(either way) but when they put it on legend of zelda ocarina of time when i first got to the sign i said this to myself:why is a sign on here saying L is real witch means luigi is real on this game when luigi is not on legend of zelda?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? when i got a peice of paper and recorded the star statue on my paper and the sigh on link saying L is real,i solved the whole mystary.heres what i had on the paper that help me solved this mystary:i put on this paper saying that super mario 64 l is real is about luigi in paper mario and on the sign on legend of zelda ocarina of time meant that if you have and play super mario 64, do not bother trying to get luigi becuase hes not on super mario 64(but luigi was on super mario 64) so thanks to me i solved this mystery forever!:D

I think it actually says "L is real "240'1"

If it says that and my is right, then it might mean you have to complete the secret slide 2 times with a time of 40'1 each time. Then you might get Luigi (L)

Of course, then there's the problem of figuring out what the bottom line says.... that could give all of us luigi+waluigi-in-super-mario-64 seekers a nudge in the right direction!!!!!!!!

If I remember correctly, it is in Dodongo's Cavern on the Second Floor, where there is a huge moving platform that goes up and down, right outside the room with the bombs.
