First, you have to get all 6 sages that are hiding, while your doing that, after you get one sage, looker comes and says that the seventh sage (Ghetsis) is notwithstanding, which means that Ghetsis is not arrested yet, so you have to find him either by beating the elite four again, or finding him behind the trees in white forest/black city.

After you have Looker arrest the last sage out of the Seven Sages, He should thank you and he should also tell about a boy who sounds exactly like N, who has been seen with a dragon pokemon somewhere far away... ^_^

Looker went asking the seven sages about their plan and after that he went back to sinoh to do some resreach. He will come back after you get all the 3 legendry pokemon Virzion, terrakion, and cobloin. he will blab something about your legendry pokemon and after that i dont know.

The seven sages looker will come and tell you that 'N is far away but where is he and where is the Pokemon genesect" well Genesect is a distribution Pokemon so i would guess that by getting the special distribution Pokemon will lead you to N or at least allow you to then continue to look in "newer places" but that's all i know
