Mayella Ewell in "To Kill a Mockingbird" is not portrayed as a reliable witness due to her inconsistencies in her testimony and her obvious bias. She is vulnerable and manipulated by her father, Bob Ewell, and her own actions during the trial suggest she is not being truthful.
I seem, he seems, she seems, we seem, you seem , they seem
The past tense of "seem" is "seemed." For example, "It seemed like a good idea at the time."
no they are just really good friends but it almost does seem like it. ;)
Girls that don't seem unreachable girls who aren't. To quiet but don't seem like there so popular and to good for
They may seem complicated but you can get him to like you throught the normal ways of flritting and things like that! Good Luck!
Well, it really depends on the storyline. But it does seem like a pretty good title for a novel.
If the characters seem like real people to the readers, then the author has done a good job.
That sounds like a good thing.
An urgent trip to the vet would seem like a good idea.
Lots of Beer. Also, that doesn't seem like a good idea in the first place.
The way Mayella acted, it seemed like she was nervous the entire time. That can be a big offset to the fact that she was guilty. When she broke down too. Those who are guilty can be proved so if they, argue too much and too hard, get extremely jumpy or nervous, or breakdown or get really angry. In Mayella case she also got her words mixed up a couple times making it seem like she didn't know what happened to her, even though she supposedly experienced it. I would have to say she is guilty and my reaction is that even though she tried hard to get this story across, I really pity the fact that she had no friends or anything. I get angry though to think she tried to get Tom Robinson killed.
seem really good seem really good
